The prestigious award under the patronage of the Federal Minister for Economy and Technology focuses on innovative and sustainable solutions for the current challenges of small and mid-size enterprises (SMEs).
Based on its longtime experience with video based technologies for manufacturing and productivity optimization PQ+® developed a radically new approach, embracing the latest in web-based technologies for on-demand-services – and thus obviously convincing the top-level jury as well.
PQ+® Productivity by Video makes video based productivity improvement available in a true on-demand internet application. PQ+® Productivity by Video www.pq-partner.net is an innovative web-based on-demand approach to productivity improvement by using video. Based on a video of the real production process PbV allows the user to created an in-depth concise analysis on the computer, strictly built on the lean categories value added, support and waste. Productivity is increased by reducing non-value-adding activities, including bad ergonomics or unnecessary operations. Also for automated processes and man-machine interactions the high-definition video offers more transparency for a new level of productivity.
